AS-1729/VRC | Antenna - Used with vehicle installations which have the radio sets AN/VRC-12 series, AN/VRC-53, AN/VRC-64, AN/GRC-125 or AN/GRC-160. The matching unit MX-6707/VRC tunes the antenna elements automatically or by manual selection via a selector knob on the base. |

AS-3900/VRC | Antenna - Similar to the AS-1729/VRC, this antenna is used with the newer SINCGARS FM radio sets AN/VRC-88, -89, -91 and -92. As with the AS-1729/VRC, it has a two piece mast and a mechanical matching unit. The Matching Unit MX-9446/GRC tunes the antenna automatically or by manual selection via a selctor knob at the base. The AS-3900/VRC has a frequency range from 30Mhz to 80Mhz. |

AT-912/VRC | Antenna - Predecessor to the AS-1729/VRC and has similar applications. Compatable with the AN/VRC-12 series, AN/VRC-53, AN/VRC-64, AN/GRC-125 and AN/GRC-160 radio sets, the matching unit MX-2799 provides automatic tuning of the antenna elements, but has no provision for manual tuning. |

AT-271A/PRC-25 | Antenna - Six section antenna used when maximum range is required. Each section fits into the end of a wider section. A stainless steel, plastic covered cable (or braided plastic cord), under spring tention, is threaded through the sections to keep them together in the operating condition. When the section are folded, the cable keeps them together as a group, to prevent the loss of individual sections. Spring tension is provided by a spiral spring in the base section. |

AB-591A/PRC-25 | Antenna Base - Rigid tubular base used as a main support for the AT-271A/PRC. |

AT-892/PRC | Antenna - One section, 3 foot long whip antenna. A spring at it's base allows for positioning of the antenna to keep it in a vertical position, regardless of the position of the RT-841/PRC-77. This antenna is used for general short-range service and, because of its steel tape construction, can be folded into a small space. |

AT-988/PRC | Antenna, Flexible Whip - Short-range, flexible blade whip antenna for use with hand-held, VHF-FM transceivers. The AT-988/PRC is a 40 inch blade whip similar to the antenna assembly AT-892/PRC without the flexible base. |

RC-292 | Antenna - An elevated, wide-band, modified ground plane antenna designed to increase the distance range of thr following radios:
AN/VRC-12, AN/VRC-64, AN/GRC-160, |
